    After years of working with our party rental business, we found it challenging to additionally offer related party supplies for sale in the form of an online store. In this way we can offer you a complete package of party supplies, including rental materials, balloons, garlands, flags, balloon decorations, costumes, etc. You can select, order and pay for party supplies from the comfort of your own chair. Everything is delivered to your home just in time.
    At J-Martens.com, the customer is always king. We deliver as much as possible from our own stock and aim for delivery within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, please enter your contact information on the web page for that item. As soon as this item is back in stock, you will be notified.

    Ordering
    Ordering our products is very easy through the following steps:
    1) Register: (not required);
    2) Fill in your information (name, address and city).
    You can track the status of your order(s) online yourself via Track&Trace once your order has shipped. You will receive an e-mail of this automatically.

    Ordering
    In our webshop, you can select the product and put it in the shopping cart. Once your order reaches us we will send you an email confirmation. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your SPAM inbox. Provided you do not receive the email, please contact us so we can send you the confirmation by other means.
    If materials are not in stock in the shop, please contact us if they are still available or in what time frame.

    Shipping
    Once your order and payment are received by us, your package will be presented for shipment and usually the same day of ordering.
    We use Post NL parcel service via my parcel for shipping, which delivers the order to the address provided and you will automatically receive a message from them with your track & trace code so you can track your package yourself as well. Are you woonwachtig in the municipality of Geertruidenberg or Waspik then we have the option from order order € 15, – Neighborhood delivery G’berg-Waspik and then we personally deliver your order 1 or 2 times a week for free.

    Payment
    The amount due should be paid via the IDEAL option or transferred to:

    The order will be held in our system and once the amount is received by us we will ship your order as soon as possible
    We are a webshop and not a store so you can place your orders through the shop. If something is not clear to you please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
    For foreign relations: please note different shipping costs apply! Please contact us if you want to know the postage cost for abroad.

    Return
    Returns are handled carefully by us if they are sufficiently stamped. If this is not the case, the package will be rejected. Shipping costs are at all times for the customer.
    The item amount without shipping costs will then be refunded to your account. To do so, please provide us with your clear complete bank account number with name. As example: Rabobank account number: NL57 RABO 0143029797 t.n.v. J. Martens HO at Raamsdonk o.v.v. your order number. Including the reason for return so we can take it into account in the future. This may be sent to our Postal address: Kuiperspolderke 49, 4944BZ, Raamsdonk.
    The amount will then be refunded to your account as soon as possible.
